Default Bulkhead fuel fitting torques

Hi all,
Have read everything I could find on fuel fitting torques (who knew people would be so passionate about such an issue...), but have not yet read how to to torque bulkhead fuel fittings, such as for the fuel and vent lines on the tank. Are these to be torqued to the same value as the actual nut over the flared connection, or more, as they are larger nuts?

The same, but I use the ranges. For instance, the AN B-nut that uses an 11/16 wrench torque value is 95-105 in lbs, I will torque the jamnut (13/16) at 105 and the B-nut at 95.

Default 1 flat

after it seated, tighten 1 flat, back it off, seat it again, mark it, tighten 1 flat, works for me.
