Question Flap Actuator Cover

I know I've seen a posting somewhere of a flat pattern for fabricating a cover around the flap actuator.

Can someone direct me to the link?

Default Make your own.

Hi Bud. It sounds like you are progressing right along.
You might try taking poster board or similar material. Cut and fold until it fits what you have in mind. Lay the piece out flat and there you have it. A Bud Smith custom flap actuator cover pattern.
Take care.

Default Thanks Guys

As always, RVators to the rescue.

Work has been interfering Randy. Seems like the fuselage has looked like this for 6 months. Still shopping for the engine and college tuition just won't go away.

I wanted the whole actuator covered, brkt. and all. It's all about the pinch points, but I also liked the 45 degree bends that Mickey came up with.
