When I started working on my RV4, 20 years ago, there was no internet, and very few RVs around. Fortunately I had two fine examples close to me, Rick West, RV4 and Gord Baxter, RV6. Both of these aircraft won workmanship awards at Oshkosh and it helped me greatly to see what was possible.
Also I had read an article about your father's RV4 and kept a copy of that issue in the shop. I can not count the times that I focused on those pictures during my build. I was starved for information and on the phone your father was always generous with his time and advice. I look forward to seeing the aircraft in person.
