Default Wings finished

Another milestone reached. As of end of 2012, the wing kit is ready for inspection by the Belgian Aviation Authorities. They require the bottom skin to remain unrivetted so they can inspect and admire my perfect rivetting technique (being cynical here).

Now moving on with the fuselage kit.
As usual, progress can be followed on http://jurgenroeland.brinkster.net

Greetings and a well meant Thank You to everyone who has answered my sometimes stupid questions

Congrats on getting that milestone completed. are you planning to do Fuse and Wing pre-close inspection together?

Yes, I plan do to both fuse and wing inspection at the same time. I have enough confidence by now to rate the quality of the work done and to know that the standards are met.

It's also a matter of time. Getting these inspectors in my country is a project by itself. They are very busy and it sometimes takes months before you can get a hold of one. I can't wait that long to move on
