Default What Are Your Goals For 2013?

More building?

Getting that elusive pink slip?

Fly more?

Buy an RV?

Go to OSH for the 1st time or 30th time in a row?

What is your aviation goal / resolution for 2013?

Larry, you were reading my mind......
  1. Haul wings back from paint shop
  2. Cast off foot (January 10th)
  3. Final Assembly / Finish FWF
  4. Pink Slip
  5. Phase I
  6. Phase II (Fly More)
  7. IPC
  8. SnF
  9. Fly to Texas, for son's ENJJPT graduation
  10. OSH, RV-10 HQ Camp Scholler (I think this will be my 10th year)

1. To get this @#%^@* project over with and transition to flying! I'm tired of building...there I said it!!! 6+ years of building is a long time (although certainly nowhere close to a record) and I simply want to move on at this point.
2. See #1

Live it, one day at a time, and maybe the 8 will fly this year.

Default Good one!

Good one Larry!

1. Fly more,,, if that is possiable

2. Find more RV Builders that want to fly in 2013.

If you have a kit that is 3 years old you might need to think about bringing it to www.RVCentral.us
I have helped build 41 RVs, several light planes, and 'Shooter'.
If you want to fly next year 2013!! I can get it in the air.

and don't tell me you are out of state, and can't get here. Partain Transport knows my address!
I have had kits here from California, Detroit, Wyoming, Arizona, and Arkansas, all flew home!
three years and it is not done?? bring it here! We will get it flying.

Call me.

I have the EXACT same goals!

Fuse is scheduled for delivery at the end of January! And sense I've been putting all of my time and money into the -10, I never got the IFR ticket, so I have a BFR coming up this spring.

Get this

on this

and finish all of the firewall forward work - cowl, hoses, wiring, exhaust, prop, etc.

I was really on target to get this done before Christmas, but family stuff takes priority over airplane building, and now it will have to wait until after our New Year's vacation.

I still have to cut some holes in my panel and mount the avionics, but everything else is wired up.

Got to get my medical renewed and get acquainted with flying again after 22 years.

Hoping to finish and be flying in 2013, definitely by 2014.

Default Finish

Just over 5 years and I am ready to paint. So:

1/ Paint
2/ Do the final assembly
3/ check and recheck everything
4/ do some transition training
5/ fly it!
