Default Anybody got a used Whelen?

I cycled the switch several times and it work continuously until I turned if off but then quit next time I powered up. I crawled into the tail and got the serial #. The buddy at the shop has a tester for Whelens and I'll borrow it and check it out tomorrow. It's manf. date is Aug 1990 so many not be worth fixing. I'm going to search their 'old units' junk pile removed for replacement by LEDs. It's Whelen A413A, HDA-DF-14/28. I maybe in the market next week if anyone know of one.

I had the same failure a few months ago. Didn't want to spend Whelen money on the power supply so I bought a unit from Strobes N More for less than half the price. It is a direct replacement and has been working well. X-PAK 904.
