Default DXF/Cut Dimensions for Keyway tab washer

Has anyone worked up a DXF or Dimensional drawing that can be used to CNC/cut out the appropriate keyway tab for a washer like this (http://www.bandc.biz/toggleswitchkeywaytabwasher.aspx)?

To do something like this, Mark? I sent you a PM. Reply with your email id and I'll send you my DXF file for the switch keyway cutout.

If you want the keyway dimension it is on this data sheet -

http://www.carlingtech.com/sites/def...#37;26_COS.pdf

But, if you are using an overlay as shown in the previous post, you don't need a keyway in the panel hole.

Just drill the extra locating hole for the washer tab into the panel and mount the washer on the rear side of the panel. The overlay will cover this extra offset hole.

I just included the male key in my switch holes when I designed the panel. Came out fine with the waterjet and no washer was required. I left keys on both sides until I placed all my switches in case I wanted to swap positions. I just filed down the key that was not needed.

Default Just a heads up

Hi guys, just wanted to give a heads up.

I have purchased all of my switches from B&C and found out the hard way that they are not all uniform in which way is up.

I now have four switches with an extra hole. I know I should have been checking them all out, but I didn't.

Cheers, Terry.
