Default Joining the rear and center fuselage.

Again, It seems I am missing something, it just does not add up (a standard start for all of my posts).
So this is on page 8-6 of the construction manual.

So the very beginning is attaching the f-725, 726 , 726 baggage ribs, to the 706 bulkhead, but alas, when you bring those together, the skins on the bottom, F-776 center bottom skin and the F-778 aft bottom skin seem to be missing a line of predrilled holes. Soon the center skin, there are two rows and when pulled together there is only one row of holes on the 778 aft skin, tried to read ahead, but I could not possibly be drilling this row on the 778 to match the 776 could I ? Seems something has to give here, there are two rows in one and a single row in the other, unless I am way out in left field ?
Cheers.
