Default HA-6 CARB

I was wondering around today and came across a young man I know and he handed me a carb and said I know you are an airplane guy can you use this. I took one look at it and said maybe. I may be an A&P but when it comes to GA engines and carbs I refer to the experts. So my question today is can someone fill me in on what I have and maybe a ballpark on what it might be worth? Thanks in advance. Here are a couple of pictures I took with my phone.

Its a sidedraft carb used on the turbo T182 and Grumman Tiger. It could be used on a RV with a forward-facing sump. No idea what its worth.
