Funny how the knee jerk thought I had was "bad a$$". even funnier since those words aren't even in my vocabulary. Only question I have is which of those photos is going on THE calendar?

Congrats on the completion of an awesome steed!

When I saw the "eyes", I immediately thought about taming those "rides" and went and looked up images. Wondered if you would "go there" and indeed you did. Full tilt. In a wonderful way!

May you be in command of your portion of the skies whenever you "gitty-up"!

Default Beautiful - just beautiful

Just wanted to add my respects to this. What a nice looking bird. I was going to ask how you set it up to create "the bond," but it looks like that may have already been addressed.

I did want to point out, however, that when I look back at your first flight experiences, it seems that she did hold true to the events in the movie when she tried to "do you in" with that little fuel selector valve problem. But you overcame that quite nicely, and now it appears that the bond has been made.

I guess I am now wondering who will come out with "Last Shadow?" What a formation flight that would be.....

Congrats to the both of you and I can't wait to see her at OSH.

This is definitely my new desktop wall paper for a good long while.....

Default Great!

Great work! Would make an awesome computer background/wallpaper.

Searching for "Tsamsiyu" shows this thread within the top 10 in several search engine results.

You guys ARE remembering to give Mickey and the Val a lot of attention now that they have a new (intimidating) sister, aren't you?

Default Great work of ART!!!!

.......Alway's love it when someone (two) put some original thought into their project. Now I'll suggest matching flight suits to top it off! (the lime green shirt didn't match) Great Job!

Default Beautiful...

Can't wait to see the plane (and the builders :-) in person at
OSH. Hopefully we can get some -3's parked together in HBP
to show off the latest in "old-school" RVs.

Congrats on finally getting "finished"!

Once I knew that "Junior's" name was Tsamsiyu I immediately thought about Toruk (Last Shadow in Navi's language).
Would be hard for me to do some formation flying except if I cross the atlantic ocean.. Hmmm... let's build some Aux tanks.

Default Random thoughts

I join the WOW crowd.

What I have been thinking:

Grady has a new background photo for his next batch of business cards.

Between Tsam and Stella, Doug has a couple months of VAF calandars ready to roll. As does Vans for the 2013 calandar.

I wonder what sort of response Doug would get to a poster sized copy for sale alongside the VAF caps and t-shirts? I can see lots of new wall decorations in workshops all across the fruited plains..
