If so did yo calibrate the compass with a 20 litre oil drum under the tail wheel?
You need to align the I craft with a calibrated compass, then lift the tail and slip the drum under, recheck with compass then hit the button.
Another thing, I have seen several AoA and pitot tubes the wrong way around. The AoA port will give you an airspeed, albeit inaccurate, but the AoA is never going to be right.
Add the above to the static leaks and for that matter doing a GPS box to determine if the calculated indicated TAS is within 2 knots of your actual TAS.
After all that......it can't possibly be wrong
