Default Cool birthday card

https://plus.google.com/photos/10075...Mnnke3ngdfqjwE

So I just had another birthday (they come fairly often these days). My oldest son and his wife decided to make me a card. She's an artist and made me a large card out of a piece of poster board. (I don't think the photo does it justice). Since I asked for tools and airplane parts, she went with the RV theme on the card, as well.

She used Van's RV-7 as her 'model', and I think she did a fairly good job. She did get the tail dragger portion correct, but with the eyes, it's hard to tell if this is indeed a slider, as mine is destined to be...

Anyway, I was amused and impressed, so I thought I would share it. If anyone else would like a caricature of your A/C, I'm sure she would help you for a small fee (it is her profession).

Enjoy,

David

You can see the canopy support splitting the windscreen into 2 pieces. Looks like a slider to me. Excellent!
