Help with Lighting Dimmer ID

Could any one ID these lighting dimmers? I didnt install them and need to replace or send them in for repair. Saw some from Superior Panel Technology that looked similar but after talking to the company they were not that brand. Any one have this type or know what they are?

They look like the dimmers I bought from Bob Nuckolls in the late '90's. I think B&C sells them now. He sold several sizes with different capacities and used a remote pot for control. All had the same DB-9 pinout so changing to a different size unit was easy. Replacements from B&C should be Plug-n-Play. Mine (3) have worked flawlessly since 2000.
