My hangar is in the yard, but I put it 1/4 mile out so I can make a little six string noise. You can hear a car door slam from 2 miles here.

You guys that live with your airplanes make me so jealous!

I get to live with my horses and drive :25 to my airplane.
Maybe someday the horses and airplane can coexist!!!
Or maybe I should build a stol plane to get out of my 700' of horse pasture and fly my little airplane to my RV....

I am about 2 minutes away from the farm strip, or 20 minutes from the airport. Depends on the season!!

I am envious of those who meansure their distance by feet! I am 13 miles and 20 minutes away from the airport! I was once on track to make it in 16 minutes, but then I got pulled over...

200 feet from the back door for the hanger and the strip. Life is GOOD.

Horses and airplanes coexist on our ranch. The hangar and the 1,900 foot long strip is right out in front of the house. We normally try to keep our horses off the strip though.
