Default EASA Approval?

Rainier,

Are you thinking of getting EASA approval for the V6? If so, any thoughts on timescale?

There is no EASA approval process. This was forgotten when they drew up their regulations.
You either have a fully TSO'd radio or you have no radio.
We have no plans to submit the V6 for TSO due to the costly and time consuming process this requires.
Sorry, Europe looses...

Contact Matt at sales@MGLAvionics.com to book a unit.
We should have a first batch of units leaving for the U.S. next week.
Local shipments will start Monday.

Got it and so far it seems to be very well done.
The V6 controls are very good and the firmware menu path is well thought out.
I'll have a chance to fly it in about a month.
Anyone that flys with it soon, please leave your feedback.

Default Scandinavia wins... :-)

Finland has approved the V10 and Norway has approved the V6 (..party based on the Finnish V10 approval..) at least for use in experimental Aircraft..

Shortly starting the installation in my RV-4, just ned some careful planning of wiring first..
