Default PCU5000X Control Lever Angle

I've commited to a PCU5000 X CSU and need to confirm a few details for supply.

Given installation on an IO-320 power plant, what is the optimum Control Lever angle if utilizing the standard Vans bracket.

Furthermore, while this seems quite clear, I'd hate to get it wrong. The PCU5000 order form asks for Governor Rotation direction (facing base). I'm I correct in specifying counter clockwise as the accessory drive is clockwise when viewing the housing.

Thanks again
