Default right wing heavy RV-12

test flying ongoing with a slightly heavy right wing, fuel state max 6 gallon ball in centre,at various speeds 75-110mph, I have followed the vans heavy wing write up for ships with wing tanks and short aelerons but the 12 fuel tank is on the right so full fuel would make things worse and long flaperons how much do you sqeeze along the lenght, I have asked vans who keep saying to refer to P A P but as I did not buy the engine with the powerplant kit I dont get the document, has anyone out there sorted this and can I download the document anywhere.
