Flying under remote control for altitude testing with 80 kilo test mannequin, also passes ballistic chute deployment test from altitude.

not a very energy efficient way to fly - but that latest video was very cool!

Default Mind that first step....

Yeah, it's a long way down with the glide capability of a dead sheep, hence the BRS. It will be very interesting to see what the deadman's curve looks like as testing progresses.

That's cool, but I still don't know how they are going to solve the fuel problem. Vertical lift aircraft obviously have their uses but fuel efficient flight is not one of them.

And I really wish they wouldn't call it a "jet pack".
