Default Rivet gun oiling

I?m having a 3x Rivet Gun. It came without any instructions or manual. Should I oil the gun now and then? Or how often?

I put 1-2 drops in the air intake before I use it (only once a day). I know some people that only oil it 1-2 times a month however....

It depends on how much use your tools are getting. I do three drops about once a week, which seems sufficient. An in-line oiler is another option....although if you go that route, you will need a seperate, oil-free, hose for painting/priming.
