Dynon D10A at a amazing price?
I have thought about installing a backup attitude system in my RV6. While looking at options I came across this price on a D10A. Is this to good to be true? At this price I could simply have a second D10A on the copilots side.

Caveat Emptor may be appropriate here...
Just navigated the site a bit, and though I've not dealt with them in any way, I don't see a phone number anywhere on the site, which is always a flag for me. In fact, the Contact Us page, and many of the other links at the bottom are blank, or generate an error.
Don't want to bash a site I know nothing about, but "Caveat Emptor"...and "too good to be true" do come to mind!
Now to check for nasty cookies or other unwanted "stuff" on the computer!
If anyone sees better contact info, or knows different about this site, it'd be good to hear!!
Cheers,
Bob

Compare for $4221.00
Used equipment or not legit?

Haha...
My favorite is the "Community Poll," "What is your favorite color?"
Guess their target audience is kindergartners.

I wonder if anyone from Dynon would know anything about them seeing that they are selling their product...

Its got to be some type of scam. I wonder if they even take credit cards or require you mail in a money order.

Barnstormers
Home page has a series of articles about scams http://www.barnstormers.com/
up at the top and click on "fraud"... Appears avionics are a favorite target of the scammers.
Edit: Just found what some other folk think http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...0163015AAVXaQm

I say 100% scam.
Look, you can buy a camera for $0.00, with a shipping weight of 26.2 pounds...haha. All the product listings on that site are BS.
http://www.usbuyfash.com/index.php/c...mera-2745.html
I sent an e-mail to Dynon and Garmin already.
Forget the D10, buy the 7" skyview for 1344.50
