Thanks the all the comments. Next week I'll install the armrest and start fitting and molding the wing tips. I'll post more pictures as things progress.

BTW.. Golf carts are legal to drive on the streets of Sun city, CA too.....

Default Armrest/Halon holder mounted

Got around to installing the armrest today. Went in easy and very stable. I might make a thin pad of sorts though to go over the extinguisher. Or not...

Also had some time to weld the left wing tip sections together.

Default Arm Rest

Great looking work. I am searching for an armrest possibly with storage inside. The fire extinguisher mounted on top doesn't look very comfortable. Any other configurations under consideration?

Thanks for posting the pictures.

Sorry, not at the moment. The only configuration I'm considering is "flying configuration". I've made quite a few items that may not may not be marketed, but I need to complete my project before I turn it into another job.

Default First carbon tip

making some progress on these tips. This first picture shows the right tip vacuum bagged ready to cure in the auto clave.

here's the right side being fitted.

And a close up of the nav light positioned. I'll actually mount the correct light in later
