Default Capt Checkoway's Weight & Balance Grid

Hello RV'ers

Does anyone have a 'data base' of all the different W & B configurations that Dan had amassed on the RVPROJECT.COM web site before it was 'taken down,?

Perhaps there might be some other source of info out there?

I'm interested in an RV-8A CS/Lycoming 360 and whether it's better with a forward/rear battery mount and what the numbers are.

Regards

David

Default Thanks Mickey!

I'm so glad you're back on the project.

You may remember, we met in Colmar, France. Many moons ago!

Regards

David

Default Thanks for posting the weight & balance data

Mickey,

Thanks for posting Checkoway's W&B database. I have missed it. I too am happy to see that you are back on your project. I finished my RV-8 4.5 years ago, but used to check out your website regularly while I was building my plane. You are going to love your plane when finished. You will be happy with the Lycoming and will love the performance and flying qualities of the RV-8.
