Default Aveo Powerburst lights

Has anyone used or have any opinions on Aveo's new(ish) Powerburst LED light set? Seems pretty nice and the price is right. Not sure if it would work with the newer wingtips, it does not seem that you can disable the white part of it.

Any input is appreciated.

Default Aveo PowerBurst

Have purchased set of these... They seem top - absolutely look great, very bright and synchronise well. But not yet installed on the wingtips of a 9A.. Will certainly need to modify the outer-edge of the wingtip to make a small flat area to install.. No great hassle..

The red wire connects the white position light, if you need to disconnect that light, simply do not connect this wire +VCCP.. see the wiring diagram.

They are so good, now looking at the RedBaron EXP.. maybe put it on the belly, so not to be a distraction at night with a tipup.

Default I asked about them

and got this as a response for use on my RV-10:

"The PowerBurst lights are designed and sold only for LSA aircraft. The
light has limited number of LEDs and reflectors. Although the light exceeds
the FAA requirements for wing tip lights, the size and effective display
angles and brightness is best applied to LSA or other small homebuilt
aircraft, i.e. power parachutes, weigh shift trikes, etc. All other
aircraft should utilize the Aveo LSA or Ultra Series lights. If you are
going to fly at night and IFR, then the Ultra series is the light you should
consider."
