Default RV7 Rudder Change

My preview plans dated 6/3/05 show the larger RV9 rudder being used. It is externally identified by the skin being two pieces, right and left sides and an extruded wedge at the trailing edge. The previous rudder was smaller, used a single skin folded at the trailing edge.

Default Lightening holes

Some additional work such as lightening holes in the Vertical Stab spar doubler have already been cut out.
