Appears to be using a pop rivet dimpler.

It looks to me he's just using a pop dimpler tool to dimple the holes, he's not using pop rivets for assembly.

yeah I caught this after realizing what I was seeing

it's been a while since i've had to use that thing, wings haven't called for it yet
