Default Dynon EMS-D10 mounting question

I'm laying out my panel and want to leave room for a Dynon EMS-D10. I have a question for those of you who have this instrument. I realize that the bezel is a bit larger, but are the mounting studs the same spacing as any other 3 1/8" instrument?

Thanks,
-Tom

The mounting holes are the same as all standard 3 1/8" instruments.

We do sell a bracket that mounts it flush in the panel if you want, but this requires a precision square hole to be cut instead of a rough round one.

Tom,

You will like the D10 EMS, it really is a good unit.

I built my panel with an Affordable Panels panel, which pushed the radio stack to the right of center. Because of this, I put the D10 EMS centered in front of the passenger and the D100 EFIS center in front of the pilot.

Since they are bussed together, I typically fly with 1/3 of the EFIS displaying the EMS data. When I have a pilot/passenger, I can display the EFIS info on the D10 EMS and they don't have to look across the panel.

If I were building today, I would set it up exactly the same.

Here's a picture of my panel prior to installing the Dynon AP74 where the slip ball is and installing the EICommander under the D10 EMS.
