Default APRS in Alaska

Hello,

Perhaps someone has already asked this question but I did not see it so here goes.

Will the APRS work in Alaska?

I looked at the map Sam posted but it cut off in British Columbia.

Yes there is APRS in Alaska.
Being a pretty remtote region, i-gates are sparce. But they are out there.
Go to the http://aprs.fi web site and put in a city in Alaska. Then you can zoom and scroll, change times and so forth. There is activity particularly along the coast.
Poke around that site and you will find lots of things to see and do with it.
