Default RivetHead Aero Stabilizer Question

Just wondering......I purchased a set of parts from RivetHead Aero back in early 2006 for my RV-10 tail kit. I know that a lot of people have had some serious issues with getting products and such from Dave. The parts that I received were beautiful and fit great.

Here is my question...and it may sound paranoid, but I purchased the Horizontal Stabilizer attach brackets as part of my kit. How many people on here have them that are flying? He told me that they were of the same material as Vans specifications, but I am wondering if anyone has verified that. I'd had to be flying around with some 6061-T0 aluminum or something like that. Is there any way to tell short of a tail flying off?

Thanks in advance.
Steve

Not flying, but I have them.

I believe they are the same material, but they aren't marked. So I can't tell you for sure.
