Default Cowl Fasteners

Has anyone used the Camloc / Dzus type fasteners for their cowl rather than the hinge technique! Specifically for a -4, but any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

Thumbs up cowl fasteners

I used Skybolt fasteners entirely. No hinges. The fasteners work great and seem pretty durable. Very happy with them. To avoid puckering along hte firewall, add extra glass to the perimeter of the cowl.

Default One builders website w/camlocks

Perhaps you have seen this website with photos of a camlock install. The link is below. This looks great. Might think more about these myself.

Their main page is here: http://www.oncloud7.com/rv7.htm
