Default Fuselage set-up

My QB RV7 fuse is inbound and I am trying to figure out a flexible way to set it up for easy access. I see most have theirs on sawhorses, but I saw someone who had it on a rotisserie -- but I can't find the link again. Being tall with back troubles, I think the rotisserie would be best. Anyone have general suggestions ref positioning the fuse, and links to a rotisserie seller?
Thanks
