Default Quick announcement! From Blue Sky Aviation inc,

Quick announcement! From Blue Sky Aviation inc,

I started another company that is for prototype development, mold making, and injection molding. We have 3d Scanning, SolidWorks, CNC milling, CNC Turing (coming soon).

Currently we are working on a forward facing induction system that will integrate with Van?s stock cowlings; this will work for the IO-360 and IO-390.

We are developing a plenum and firewall mounted oil cooler plenum that will integrate with Van?s Sock baffling, this will actually make the baffling less baffling to install as the plenum will set down in side the baffling and you will simply need to mark and trim the baffling accordingly.

We have already made ruder bar stand offs that, if you have not flown with a set make a world of difference!

Our 23 deg panel wedge for the Vertical Power / EIS will soon be available too.

The new company is Y?s Engineering

One other thing I am contemplating developing is a set of winglets for the RV-7(a) this should give a little better high altitude capability and perhaps a little more stability for cross-country work.

Y?s Engineering is open to new Ideas and concepts.

By the way Blue Sky Aviation inc is still in the business of making dreams come true

He means thingies that clamp on the rudder pedal bars that raise your foot away from the brake pedals. Much more comfortable because you don't have to be constantly holding back your feet to keep from riding the brakes while taxiing.
