Default Firewall Sealant Distributors

Did a bit of research on the firewall sealant that Van's can no longer ship and found the following distributors. It being Saturday, I will call them on Monday for pricing and shipping information. If any of you have any luck with any of them, please post the information here. Ellsworth Adhesives has locations in a number of the states.

How much of the sealant should we order???

I have also found the MSDS sheets and can e-mail the .pdf files if you would like to see them.

Check with Van's before you purchase anything, I believe they may be changing the construction manual to spec. a different sealant for builders to use.

Default Sealants

I called Van's and they referenced me to a guy at PPG. I called them and they sent me some sealant, SP700. they're more than happy to help with the sealant. See my post concerning sealants.

Call Van's again.
The recommended material is being changed.
