Default Engine Dyno

I live in southwestern Indiana. I am wanting to find a good engine shop to test my engine, tweak, and dyno prior to flight testing. Thought this would kill two birds with one stone, good break-in, and assuring the performance of an untested engine prior to first flight. Any experience with any good shops in a reasonable distance?
