Default Rudder hinge brackets

Does Van's include PN VS1010 ,VS-1011 and VS-1012 with the RV-10 emp/tail kit? These are the rudder hinge brackets, made of 4130 and powdercoated I assume. We have a packing list with 9 sub-kits and all hardware, and these parts are not listed, and I don't see them in the box.
If they were back ordered, would they not be documented as such?
I wouldn't expect them to be in with the fuselage kit, they are needed to finish the emp. kit! There are a few other related parts (related to the above PN) missing as well.
Thanks Ron

They should be in one of the bags in the tail kit. That's where mine were.

Default Location of hinges

Ron,

Look in the list of contents in the hardware bags. They are not listed on the sub kit list. They are in a brown paper bag. If the bag is missing you will have to get them from Van's. If you got your kit less than 30 days ago and they are missing contact Van's and they will ship them free of charge

I just helped a friend locate his yesterday.
