Default Prop control cable.

I have started noticing that after takeoff that I can't dial back my prop sometimes. It just spins without moving the setting. I need to push the button and pull it back a little and then it work correctly for dialing in and out.

Any suggestions in how to fix this?

Kent

Default

Is it possible that in full fwd its binding a little, putting tension on the vernier portion causing it to not catch threads when unwinding?

If you dont put it full fwd, say off an 1/8 inch, does it dial back reliably?
