Anyone In Tampa Want To Split A Hangar?

Would anyone be interested in splitting the cost of a hangar in Tampa? It would end up being $180-210 per month each, plus electricity. Located at Tampa North (X39) in Lutz.

PM me, and I'll see if I can get everything in order. I am going to be starting a project shortly. I figure it would be a good way for a couple of builders to share a shop, and hopefully make faster progress.

I have a completed RV7A and have some interest in sharing a hangar.
Currently, I'm based at BKV. Are you telling me Tampa North is getting $360-420/month hangar fee?

Dan, I think I sent you a PM, but to answer your question, yes. I believe the person renting the hangar owns it, so I'm not sure of X39's direct rates.
