I didn't like any of the ram mounts, or universal mounts for mounting an iPad in my RV-8 so after a few design iterations, this is what I came up with. I've sold several for the iPad mini. I'm finishing up a design for the full size iPads.
The iPad is secure and held in place by a magnetic slotted piece at the end for easy removal and installation.
