WTB- PCU 5000X Governor
I have a Woodward Governor that needs to be sent out for overhaul but would like to replace with a new PCU 5000X. Anyone have a PCU 5000X with .866:1 gears? It looks like this is the right gear ratio for my engine: Lycoming IO-360 B1B, serial #L-17967-51A.
Would have gotten in on the group buy recently but my governor was working fine at the time and I wasn’t planning on this unexpected surprise. PM or e-mail if you have one available.

Note: There is a typically 2-3 week lead time on new governors so the shop can calibrate them to your exact specs.

Thanks Vince, I did find out the other day that Flyboys has them but was hoping to get one sooner to get back up in the air. I’ll give it a couple days to see if someone has one.

Governor
On good counsel I decided to send in the governor for overhaul instead of buying a new one. On its way to Redline Aviation https://www.redlineaviation.aero/ in Akron, Colorado. By far they had the best price for an overhaul ($625) and a 2-3 day turnaround. My buddy in Denver recommended them and gave them high marks.
