What did you do with your RV this Weekend (6/6/2020 - 6/7/2020)
A 6-ship (5 RVs) flew over my house Friday 6:45pm. Some friends doing a High School graduation thing over a stadium. They were waiting for the TOT time and did a lap over my neighborhood.

First I washed my RV... and then as the weather improved, I decided to take it flying to do a few landings, and a VMC LPV approach to see how the new panel works.

My 7a has been parked all week at KLOM Wings field, Philadelphia. We are leaving tomorrow morning to go home and will post some photos later. The crew at Wings has been very good to us even moving the RV into a hangar when severe thunderstorms were on the way. I checked on it this afternoon and all is well and ready for the return trip. Overall, the week has been good for us and our grandson, oh and his parents!

So far...pulled the wings out of the corner they've been sitting in for a couple years, in preparation for getting them closed out. Today was mostly doing cleanup work...mud dauber nests, general dust, all that good stuff.

Saturday did a short flight and 3 Touch and Goes. 0.6 hobbs / 4 gallons.
Sunday did 2 Touch and Goes then full stop for $3.44 AvGas. ADS-B did not report data in the pattern.
Hobbs recorded 0.6 / 4 gallons.
Hobbs recorded 0.4 / 2.8 gallons.
I hear the "Lobster Food Truck" will be back next Saturday along with another food truck at Lake Norman airport again.

Picnic at Eagle Creek
After installing my new Koger Super Shade, I took wifey for a Sunday ?drive? to test it out in the sunshine. Flew into Eagle Creek KEYE near Indianapolis and went across the street to Rick?s Cafe Boathouse. Got some good carry out and had a wonderful picnic on the lawn. Next up, installing my Flyled?s that I assembled this week.

Lake Mungo
Six RVs and 11 people went from Sydney to Lake Mungo National Park, a round trip of about 970 nautical miles, held over a holiday long weekend.
Fantastic flying in the outback. Lots of photos and narratives here. Occasional language warning because we Aussies have different conversational English standards to you guys
