Default T-150 tool

Can someone accurately measure the thickness and overall length of the T-150 tool? Is it steel?

You can set the egap without the tool. Line the notches up visually.

1/16” Al. Length does not matter, but the dimensions of the small step area and the offset do. I made one by looking at a picture and reworking it until it fit. The 1/16” dimension is he key for the gap. The tool slips in the slot of the armature and hits the case step/shelf. Ponts should open exactly at that position.

Thank you. That is very helpful. By having the overall dimension of an original tool, I hope to scale the small step and offset from the picture...rather than iterate.
