10" classic s# 1380 900 hours all over the place with most of their accessories. 100% happy Good stuff, and just updating to hdx and didnt even consider another brand.

I had to send my 10.2" SkyView Touch (SV-D1000T) in for the "Colored vertical stripes" failure (nicknamed "Rainbow Screen of Death"). The unit had approximately 425 hours on it when it failed. Although it was about 6 months past the official 3 year warranty period (warranty is from the date of retail sale in my case, rather than first in-service use), Dynon waived the flat rate repair fee. I appreciated Dynon covering the repair cost and the quick turnaround for the repair.
