Much like George showed in his earlier post, Sun n Fun organizers are still working on this issue. I spoke with some upper management at Tampa International and they advised me that it is a hot topic right now and to keep an eye on the Sun n Fun sight. He did say that at this point there is no exclusion for non ads-b.
Hopefully they can work something out.
