The local DAR that I have listed is Steve Wagner out of St. Paul, 651-252-9904.

You could also try Joe Norris from EAA. No DAR fee, but he charges for expenses. I think MN is in his region. However, he can get pretty busy.

I would also give the FAA a call and see if/when they can do it. That would be a "free" option if it works out.
