Default lycoming o360 engine stand

I am planning on welding together an engine stand and would like to know the diameter and bolt circle pattern including the crank center so I could mill out the top plate.

I seem to remember that there is a Lycoming service instruction or service bulletin that has all these dimensions on it. If you don't get any other responses send me a PM and I'll dig it up at my shop. Be sure to include your email address so that I can email you the file.
