Default skyview volume

I have a Skyview HDX and I can't get any volume from any source. My com unit comes through so I know it is not in headset. When I go to the Audio Setup page and select the Master Volume Control / Test I still do not get any sound. Any advice?

You have a wiring problem.

For example, if your audio panel has this unswitched audion input as a “high” and a “low”, did you connect the SkyView audio out to the “high” and the audio panel “low” to ground?

Note - for dual SkyView displays the SkyView audio out, left and right from both displays, go to the single audio panel unswitched input.
