Default V Speed Document

Vans' website used to have this:
http://www.vansaircraft.com/pdf/speeds.pdf

But that link no longer works. Does anyone have a new link or have the document? I'm just looking to get the source document for Vans' published V-speeds.

Thanks,

Below is a link to it on the new website.

But note that it still has not been updated to show that Redline (Vne) is now stated as TAS, and not IAS as before. Van's really needs to issue a Service Letter and update that critical safety-of-flight information for the older models, like they did for the RV-14s (by SL) and RV-12s (by POH).
