They do insist on an altiport qualification before you are allowed to land there.
Either a general one or a single airport authority.

I have flown just round the corner from Courcheval at Meribel on a Jodel Mousquetaire with wheel skis. That was with an instructor. A lot of fun and highly recommended!

Wait!, I wanted to see you take off on RWY 22! That would have been really exciting!
