Default Fuselage level for rudder cable fairings

Hey - working on attaching the rudder cable fairings, and realized that I don't know how to level the fuselage on the ground so that the rudder cable fairing will be aligned in flight?

Level on the door openings? On the wing spar? Or is there a better way?

Thanks,
Jason

Default Door sills

Most references to "level" in the -10 are based on the bottom door sill being level...
