Steve, that self stick Velcro tends to sag in the heat of the summer. I like to use Goop Automotive Trim Adhesive. That stuff holds up really well. (Pun intended.)

Default Velcro

We use the one from Spruce that has the Velcro on the back. It work very nice when you want to dig through the package, you just pull it off and then put it back in place after you are done. It is a little pricy, but we have found it worth it. ACS # 13-01134
