Runway in use was 01. Slight wind from the south, but the runway is uphill as you said, and aids in shortening stopping distance. I did not find it particularly difficult (other than some trees at the threshold thus displacing your touchdown point). Don't know how difficult it would be coming in from the north. Not sure how often rwy 19 is used.

No date posted yet, but I would imagine it will be beginning of September sometime (my guess is Sept. 9). I will post on this site when I find out.
